Warranty
All GSM Outdoors products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only when the product was purchased from an authorized retailer. Warranty coverage is subject to the specific terms and timeframes applicable to each product.
Stealth Cam cellular trail cameras are covered by a Two Year Limited Warranty.
At GSM Outdoors, our customers are a top priority, and we proudly stand behind the quality of our products. This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, unauthorized service, unauthorized modifications, tampering, normal wear and tear, or use contrary to the product instructions.

GSM Outdoors may require the product to be returned for inspection as part of the warranty claim process. Products returned without a valid Return Authorization (RA) number may be refused. GSM Outdoors reserves the right to inspect any product submitted for warranty consideration and to determine, in its sole discretion, whether the product is covered under this limited warranty.
This warranty is void if the product has been altered, tampered with, or serviced by anyone not authorized by GSM Outdoors.
GSM Outdoors reserves the right to deny any warranty claim determined to involve fraud, misuse, abuse, misrepresentation, unauthorized modification, or any other circumstance not covered under this limited warranty.
If instructed to return a product, you may ship it to the address below using a carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and proof of delivery. GSM Outdoors is not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit. COD returns will not be accepted and will be refused.
Please do not include accessories, batteries, SD cards, straps, mounts, or any other items not specifically requested as part of the warranty return. GSM Outdoors is not responsible for items received that are not part of the warrantied product.
Returns
Products purchased directly from StealthCam.com may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the product is new, unused, and returned in its original packaging.

GSM Outdoors does not accept returns for products that were not purchased directly from StealthCam.com. If you purchased your product from an authorized retailer or any other third party, please return it to the original place of purchase. All such returns are subject to the return policies, procedures, and terms of that retailer.
